Do I see the site before I pay anything? ▼
Yes — always. We build your demo before asking for any payment. You get a live link to a fully working site with your business name, photos and services. Only once you're happy and want to go live do we ask for a 50% deposit.
What happens if I want to cancel? ▼
Cancel the monthly plan anytime with one month's notice. Your domain is yours — we'll transfer it to your registrar account. If you want the source code, we'll hand that over too. We don't hold you hostage.
How long does it actually take to go live? ▼
Most clients are live within 5–7 days of paying the deposit. The demo is usually ready within 48 hours of us speaking. The delay is almost always waiting for domain DNS to propagate, which takes up to 48 hours.
Do I need to provide photos? ▼
We strongly prefer real photos — even phone camera shots of your work convert far better than stock imagery. If you genuinely have nothing, we can use relevant stock photos as a placeholder and swap in real ones later. Any photos you have, however rough, are better than generic stock.
Are the AI tools actually AI, or just a chatbot? ▼
They run on Claude (by Anthropic) via AWS Lambda — the same AI technology used by large enterprises. The quote estimator genuinely understands job descriptions and returns calibrated price ranges. The emergency bot follows proper safety logic. These aren't third-party widgets — they're custom tools built specifically for your trade and your area.
What if I already have a website? ▼
We'll build a demo of a new site anyway — you can compare them side by side. If your existing site is genuinely good, we'll tell you honestly. But if you're reading this, it probably isn't generating the enquiries it should be.
Who owns the website? ▼
You own the domain — it's registered in your name from day one. We manage the hosting and code on your behalf, which is standard practice for any web agency. If you cancel, you take the domain with you. The site code can be handed over on request after any outstanding balances are settled.
Can I upgrade my plan later? ▼
Yes, anytime. You pay the difference in build price between tiers and your monthly retainer moves up. Most clients start on Starter to see the results, then move to Growth once they see jobs coming in from the site.
